When flying west and changing 5 or more time zones you want to land in the (early) morning or evening. Avoid landing in the middle of the day.When flying west and arriving late in the evening, try and arrive deeply tired. Push yourself to not sleep at all on the plane. Then eat & get 8hrs sleep when you get there.
July 28, 2016In case you were looking for a new snack, scientists have just found that milk from a certain cockroach is much more nutritious for humans than cow& 39;s milk. The marketing team on that one is going to have their work cut out for them. An international team of researchers has been working on the study to analyze the fluid found in the mid-gut of cockroaches, which is technically cockroach milk.
Start with a first quality fillet....well tied with a twine but without fat. Ask your butcher to prepare it. Cover with mustard. Leave at room temp 20-30 mins. .Cover well with mustard. U don& 39;t need neither salt nor pepper. They mustard will take care of that.Put meat on a roasting tray.add 1/2 cup of water (this will not touch the meat).
It& 39;s hard to break apart the noodle so just cook it and then measure out what you need.I put the cabbage on a microwave safe plate and poured about a quarter cup of water all over it. I microwaved it for 2 minutes.Now it& 39;s cooked :)Chop up cabbage.Use a paper towel to gentle press and squeeze the water out of the tofu.
